This is a lovely stylish pen that provides the writer with a high end feel. It combines great design features with beautiful wood grains. Comes with a Parker style Gel refill, but will take a standard parker refill also. So, refills are readily available in a variety of qualities, colours and brands. The Elliot has a super smooth Click  action to retract the nib. Choose which species suits your best. ( See below)

To change the refill simply unscrew the nib cap and insert new refill in place of old and remember to change the spring to the new refill also.

Elm – A light coloured wood species with some beautiful figures in the grain.

Black Walnut – A highly prized wood for furniture this wood has lots of interesting grain with streaks of black, tan, and plum colours.

Sapele – Used in furniture for many years and although this has now gone off trend for furniture it makes a beautiful pen.  Some stunning grain patterns highlighted with the high gloss shine.

Paduak – Another exotic wood that originates from Africa and Asia.  This wood has a bright red to orange colour when freshly cut then darkens with ultra violet light to a deep purple to plum colour.  It still retains the wonderful grain patterns though.

Pink Ivory - A rare and beautiful timber which turns like hard soap. Predominantly pink with fine streaks of pinky red which will darken with age. Pink Ivory was the royal tree of the Zulus and legend.  The wood is extremely hard and is often cited as one of the most expensive woods in the world.  It polishes to a gloss finish and is extremly durable.

Rosewood - All rosewoods are strong and heavy, taking an excellent polish and are richly hued. Often brownish with darker veining, but found in other colours some with a purple hue to them. This wood brings a touch of class and exotic to any piece but often found in heirloom furniture.
