1 - 4 Pink Ivory - a stunning wood often bright pink coloured or can be pink to red stripes also. This wood is native to Africa.
5 - Sapele is a tropical hardwood from Africa that has grown in popularity as a premium alternative to mahogany. With its striking grain patterns, rich reddish-brown tones, and impressive durability
6 & 7 Pau Rosa (Rosewood) All rosewoods are strong and heavy, taking an excellent polish and are richly hued. Often brownish with darker veining, but found in other colours some with a purple hue to them. This wood brings a touch of class and exotic to any piece but often found in heirloom furniture.
8 - Pink Ivory again a very different grain pattern and colouration to those in number 1 -4. Caused mainly due to location grown and condition the tree grew in.

11 - Hickory wood is a strong, dense hardwood native to America, known for its durability and shock resistance, making it ideal for items like tool handles, furniture, and flooring. It also has a distinctive grain and color variation, often used in cooking for its ability to impart a rich flavor when smoking meats
12 - English Walnut - Grown in UK since roman times is usually dark wood as used in furniture this is the sapwood (outer part which has a lighter tone and areas of shading which often is discarded in favour of the darker heart woood.
